What's your production and shipping timeline?

Standard production is 7-10 business days after artwork approval, with FREE shipping anywhere in the US. Rush production (3 days) is available for $200 additional. We ship directly to your location or event venue - just provide the address and we'll handle the rest.

How do I clean and maintain my tent?

The 600D polyester canopy cleans easily with mild soap and water. Allow to air dry completely before storing. Store in the provided carrying bag in a dry location. With proper care, your tent will look great for years of events. Avoid storing while damp to prevent mildew.

What's your warranty and return policy?

We offer a 1-year warranty on the aluminum frame and 6-month warranty on the printed canopy top. If you're not completely satisfied with your tent, contact us within 30 days for resolution. We stand behind our quality and want you to be thrilled with your investment.

Can these tents handle outdoor weather conditions?

Our tents are designed for outdoor use and feature PU-coated 600D polyester that's water-resistant and UV-protected. The frames handle winds up to 25 mph when properly secured with weight bags or stakes. For severe weather, we recommend taking down the tent for safety.
