What paper stocks and finishes do you offer?

We offer 16pt standard cardstock and premium 32pt ultra-thick stock. Finish options include matte (writable, non-reflective), gloss UV (high-shine protection), silk laminated (smooth premium feel), and soft touch (velvety texture). Each finish creates a different impression and feel.

Can you match my existing brand colors exactly?

Yes! We can match Pantone colors and work with your brand guidelines to ensure color consistency. Provide us with Pantone numbers, existing business cards, or brand style guides, and we'll match your colors precisely. Our color matching ensures brand consistency across all your marketing materials.

Do you offer same-day or rush business card printing?

Yes! Same-day service is available for orders placed before 2 PM (local pickup in Ocala only). Standard business cards on 16pt stock are typically ready within 24-48 hours. Premium options and specialty finishes may require 2-3 business days depending on complexity.

What's your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 100 business cards for $25. This quantity is perfect for individuals or small teams. Volume pricing provides better value - 500 cards for $45 or 1,000 cards for $65. Larger quantities receive even better per-card pricing.

Can you design business cards if I don't have artwork?

Absolutely! Our design team offers free basic business card design with every order. We can create professional layouts from scratch, work with your existing logo and information, or help improve current designs. Complex custom designs may have additional fees, but most business cards include free design help.

Do you print on both sides of business cards?

Yes, all our pricing includes full-color printing on both sides at no extra charge. This allows you to maximize your business card real estate - front for essential contact info, back for additional services, social media, or a call-to-action. Double-sided printing provides more value without extra cost.

What special finishes are available?

We offer spot UV (+$50) for glossy accents on matte cards, foil stamping (+$75) in gold or silver, embossing (+$65) for raised elements, rounded corners (+$15), die cutting (+$95) for custom shapes, and free QR codes. These premium touches help your cards stand out and make memorable impressions.

How should I prepare my business card files for printing?

Provide files as high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS at 300 DPI minimum. Standard business card size is 3.5" x 2" with 0.125" bleed on all sides. Include all fonts or convert text to outlines. Our design team can help optimize your files or create print-ready artwork from your concept if needed.
