Is there a minimum order for custom drinkware?
Yes. Mugs, tumblers, water bottles, and pint glasses start at 24 pieces, shot glasses at 48, and koozies and stadium cups at 100. Setup for printing or engraving costs the same at any quantity, so we do not offer no-minimum drinkware. For fewer pieces, our promotional products line has many items with no minimum.
Where are you based, and where do you ship custom drinkware?
Our shop is in Ocala, Florida. We prepare your artwork, send a free mockup, and manage production from there, then ship the finished drinkware with tracking to any address in the United States, from Los Angeles to New York. You get the same prices, minimums, and turnaround wherever you are.

Do you offer custom drinkware with no minimum?
Not for drinkware. Most mugs, tumblers, and bottles start at 24 pieces, shot glasses at 48, and koozies and stadium cups at 100, because setup for printing or engraving is the same whatever the quantity. If you need fewer, ask us: we can suggest the closest option.
How long does a custom drinkware order take?
Standard production is 10 to 14 business days after you approve the mockup, plus shipping time. Rush service is available for many items, and local Ocala businesses can often get faster turnaround.
What artwork do you need for printed or engraved drinkware?
A vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) gives the sharpest result. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it anyway: our vectorization service can redraw it, and every order gets a free mockup to approve before production.
Should I choose laser engraving or printing?
Laser engraving is permanent and looks premium on stainless steel tumblers and bottles, but it is one tone. Printing gives full color and suits ceramic mugs, glass, and plastic. Full wrap printing covers the whole mug or tumbler for a 360 degree design.
